Your mission
As Heat Geek's Senior Operations Manager, your mission is to drive operational excellence and scalability within our fast-growing company. You’ll lead a high-performing team, optimise processes, and deliver exceptional homeowner experiences while positioning the operations team to achieve our ambitious 2025 strategic goals. By managing escalations, leveraging data, and implementing innovative solutions, you will play a key role in transforming home heating and driving sustainability.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about making an impact and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach, bringing:
Experience and Skills- Relevant experience: 4+ years in consulting or in a tech firm in operations management or a similar role with experience in scaling operations, team leadership, and technology-driven solutions. Exposure to the heating industry a plus.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
- Data-driven decision making: Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive insights and decisions.
- Process optimisation: Expertise in designing and implementing operational improvements.
- Escalation management: Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Technical proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and workflow automation platforms that will drive your day to day work in the team.

The salary range for this role is £65-80k, plus share options and our employee benefits package, which includes:
